Obviously that chord in itself is impossible due to fingering positions.

I could alternatively play:

---1---
---2---
---3---
-------
-------
-------

But im obviously missing out on the G

any help would be appreciated.

move it all down a string and play.

|---8------------------------------------------------------------------------|
|---10------------------------------------------------------------------------|
|---11-----------------------------------------------------------------------|

|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Alternatively you could try playing your chord up an octave so the frets are closer together and easier to play.

maybe the '8' is indicating the bass note

play it like this:

e|-----|
B|--8--|
G|--6--|
D|--8--|
A|-----|
E|-----|

Still the same root note but you're missing that F

Corrected by adding back in the bass note. Difficult stretch if you've got small hands, but very doable.
