oh, well i have an rp250 and it didnt come with software to record, so i use audacity

so unfortunately i cant help u besides tellin u to check obvious things like volume/makin sure speakers are completely plugged in

when you are recording the software does it have a running visual graph? can you verify you are recording?

you need to make sure the output gain is swung over to Mixer/PC vs Amp. It is a scale 1 -100. I believe you can access that at the botton of the Digitech X-Edit software screen.
