Anyone know what can be done about pulled Achilles tendons? It's just I've done mine in and it now HURTS like hell.

Yeah, its really painful. Go see a doctor or physical therapist about it. Especially if you play sports, thatll mess **** up.

try getting tendinitis in your heel and areas like that. i have to wear special supports in my shoes. i get it soo bad that i will get a bulge on my ankle and its all liquid and its disgusting.

yeah go into a medicentre (canada) or what ever. if anything, resting will make it better, so no running, nothing that causes you to use your tendon. and try to keep your leg elevated with your pelvis.
