I couldn't find any similar posts so I thought I would ask. I was just wondering if any body knew how well a Les Paul Studio would down tune to like CGCFAD or If I might be pushing it with that model?

Get good, heavy strings, make sure the intonation is good in the tuning, and you'll be fine.

You shouldn't have any problem. I found that getting thicker strings helps it sound a little better though.

Isis tune down to Drop B, and sometimes tune the lowest string down to F#...just get thick strings and adjust the intonation.
