I know you can get rosewood fretboards here. http://www.thebrassnut.com
but they dont do neck wood, Im in the same position as you, I cant find any piece big enough for a one piece neck in the UK. Been using maple so far

I've got a buttload of rosewood, some of the slabs are large enought that you could carve two 1pc guitars from the same block of wood.

Tell me the measurments you want and I can get you a price.
Not taking any online orders.

While this thread is up, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get Afzelia (Doussie) in the UK?

Is it relatively easy to get (for example, from a joinery company or the like)?

I have nothing to add about sourcing some more exotic woods, but I just want to add that I've dealt with Tonetech and Craft-Supplies, and they're fantastic. I've also had good experiences with David Dyke, although I never actually bought anything from him/them (I consolidated orders to save on P&P).

Also, keep half an eye on eBay. You'd be surprised what pops up now and then.

Thanks for those sites, didn't know a few of them. And I found some good stuff on them: a nice maple neck blank big enough for what I need, and the only place I've ever found shark-fin inlays.
