to move a game (Call Of Duty 4) from my internal hard drive to my external hard drive without installing/corrupting it as i dont want to lose my saved games etc.

i tried to move itunes from one computer to another using a memory stick, but it didn't work. if that's any help.

If you only moved the the iTunes icon then it wouldn't. Or if you didn't copy every file. Any program moved should work.

You could try, but the registry settings would probably screw themselves up when you try the copy. It is possible to save the registry settings through regedit though. But if you only need to keep the profiles you should be able to find them in the game folder.
