There should a be an online tuner or something that'll give you the notes. Just Google it.

Are you sure its not CGCFAC?
place a capo on the 2nd fret then tune them to double dropped D. then remove the capo.

that what you want?

Just tune different notes, instead of tuning the open E string to C, tune the 2nd fret on E string to D etc.

yeah, CGCFAD if most likely what you want

Tune to standard EADGBe, then hold down the 9th fret on the low E and play an open A. Tune the E so they sound the same. Then once you have 9th fret on E = open A. Hold down the 7th fret on the low E and hit and open A, and tune the A string to match. Then 5th fret on the A open D. 5th fret on D open G. 4th fret G open B. 5th fret B open E.

If you follow that right you'll get to CGCFAD. Sorry if its confusing.. if its too confusing I'll try to rewrite it.

would holding the 4th fret on low E and tune it to E give me a C on open?
and on the rest of the strings ill hold 2th fret and tune normal?
