as long as its not the FAB series, DE pedals are decent for the money.

they are made of cheap plastic, they are also kind of noisy.

It's pretty thick plastic actually. Mine doesn't make any unnecessary noises either.
They're decent pedals if you want an ok distortion. (I got mine cuz the distortion on my amp sounded muddy.
My meh gear:
ESP LTD MH-400NT
Peavey Raptor Plus EXP
Digitech RP90
Digitech Bad Monkey
Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Pi (WTS)
Crate GT15 (SHIT)

GAS:

MXR 10-band EQ
Ibanez TS-9
Boss HR-2
Compressor (open to suggestions)

I broke one cause I stepped on it too hard cause I run around on stage and I had to make a quick switch from clean to overdrive so my sound cut out and I will not use them again. It only made a hiss and high volumes but that was the one I use to own, maybe I got a crappy one.

i like the danelectro fab metal pedal.

i got it as a stocking stuffer one year. lasted the whole year, wasnt adding any extra noise. yeah the distortion was fuzzy, but it wasnt that bad for the money.

i wouldnt take any of them on stage unless i was desperate, but it was definatly worth the $10.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.
