Anyone have the 30 hour workout video lesson, if you do can you upload it to rapidshare.com or upload.com? I would greatly appreciate it!

I don't think there is a video for it... But I could be wrong?

No video but if you got the tab then the only other value the video holds is seeing Steve's facial expressions (I'm positive that even during the chromatic exercises he's enthralled).

...I just prefer the video, i have the Magazine cut out PDF. but the video made it much easier to understand.

lol STeve Vai is freaky but too record 30 hours of practice and edit it in a vid. Lol that would have won a grammy for being "Guitarteacher that Rocks" of the year lol.

jk

Seriously why don't learn songs by artists u like. Then you will learn: Technique, Sound, Harmony, chords, vocals, songwriting etc.

Cause 90% of the people that learn technique video's end up with no clue how too use it. Best is too take favourite music u like; and not just guitar players(well you can). But you could try out piano players, saxplayer. Even Drummers for weird grooves and syncopation techniques.

Here something which helped me out alot and regard it as good philosopy for any musician:

Don't just learn HOW too play it. But WHY the artist played THAT particular lick/song/rhythm/melody etc.

Only then will you be able too know what too play and why or how too play your own stuff.
