Hi, i need help!

My band plays killing in the name of, and we play it well accept my solo sucks!
nah its ok but its nothing like the tom morello one!!

i have a boss pitch shifter and a wah, can someone please help me to set these up so i can get a wicked sound for this solo?

or anyone that plays this solo use some different effects which sound cool?

AFAIK he only uses a Whammy pedal set to +12 and varies between toe up and toe down to leap across the octaves.

if you cant use your pitch shifter to make it sound right just lump on some wah and other effects maby like a phaser, the just do 14-0-12-0 tremelo picking on the b string, so on so forth and it will get the job done

yup there's no wah on that one.
you'll need an expression pedal for the boss pitch shifter to get the same effect. toe back is normal signal and toe forward is up an octave. once you do this it's actually a really easy solo.

Indeed.

I use the pitch shifter + 2 octaves on my Zoom Multi.
