Ever notice that tons of bass guys are big fat guys? I don't mean celebrities, I mean local bands. I never see a big fat male singer, fat drummer, rarely see a fat guitarist... usually they play bass. Usually, when the bass player is big and fat, he's playing an expensive 5-string. It's just interesting. Anybody else notice this?

im on the heavier side and i play guitar... but suspiciously my band's bass player is a fatass lmao

No I'm not ripping bassists. I'm a damn bassist and I'm kinda skinny. That's why I notice. I also mentioned that I'm not talking about celebrities, which would include MeatLoaf. I'm talking about unknown local bands. I've seen lots of small time bands have a big bassist. No offense meant.
