So my computer says I got some spyware in my win32 file. We have some spyware scan ****, but thats taking forever. Is there anyways I can just get into the file myself and delete the **** now?
#2
yeah, go into the windows32 folder and start deleting random files, that's a greeeaaatttt idea
Just let the spyware scan finish. Otherwise you're gonna screw some crap up.

I might as well ask my question here as well.

I downloaded an audio file on my mac but the ending is .rar

For some reason I can't open this, do I need a special program to open these files?

You need "Rar Expander" or "UnRarX" to open rar files on a mac.

You're going to need WinRar I think. Shouldn't be to hard to find just google it. I think its free.

EDIT: missed the Mac part I don't know if Winrar will work on a mac. So I'd listen to the guy up there ^.

Wait... if your computer says that, then that's the spyware talking. Don't press Yes or No cause they will install the real virus instead of the anti-virus.

I had a spyware called freevirus-scan.com which was infected and my advice:

Yeah scan it!

DO NOT TOUCH WIN32

I deleted it once cause it was infected and my computer wouldn't boot up and had to reinstall the OS.
