1) buy a new, better one, and replace it...Low End's have this problem a lot

2) take that plate off, put BLUE loctite on the threads, and, and replace it...
This ends now, eat the goddamn beans!

solder wires back on if needed, and add a locking washer under the nut for next time.

^didnt see that. yeah that stuff works too but is pretty expensive. i'd use the washer or clear coat nail varnish on the threads.
