Ok so basicly almost all of the bands I can think of play in drop c tuning and my tuner only has standered tuning. My tuner has a "Pitch" button that changes the Hz from 440 to anyware between 435 - 446 (I think).

To tune drop c would I have to change the Hz for the stings with my tuner or would I have to go get a tuner thats has drop c programed into it? If I just have to change the Hz what would I set it to?

use a440 and tune the 6th string to a C then the 5th string to a G and the 4th string to a C and so on.
