I've recently come to own a Chinese 20th anniversary squier affinity strat , I already had the same exact guitar, but my other squier was made in Indonesia. I've modded the hell out of the Indonesian squier, so I think I'm going to keep this new one stock, just because. That's beside the point though, I've noticed quite a few differences between the Indonesian squier and the Chinese, but most notably is the weight of the two guitars. The Chinese squier is definitely the heavier of the two. What I was wondering is what tone woods the Chines factory uses, and what the Indonesian factory uses.
