Of regular chords, the most annoying to do is the movable C-shape chord:

e|(2)
B|-3-
G|-2-
D|-4-
A|-5-
E|--

I said this because I just learned Red Hot Chili Peppers - "Under The Bridge"

It's not that it's hard, it's just that when you move your fingers out of that shape, it's tedious to get them to the same shape if you haven't done it much before.

Not actually..

With one hand you tap the 2nd and 5th strings (the Cs). With another hand you tap the 1st and 6th strings.
Then you cut 2 fingers off someone, and bite them with your mouth as so to finger the 4th and 3rd string...

A few jazz guitarists use voicings like this. It involves fretting the high e with the second joint of your 1st finger.

I actually played that song in church with a bass player and that was one of the easier chords in that song. I always found the hardest chord in viridian to be this one...

e-7
B-9
G-11
D-9
A-7
E-X

And for the post above me, why the heck would you play the 5th fret of the E when you can just play the open A string and have the chord so much easier. Also, how on earth did you name that chord?

That's not that hard, just barre the 7th fret and it's a lot easier, obviously.

Though, I'm told I have long fingers, so maybe it's just me?

Took me awhile to conquer the diminished chords.

Thats how you do it. Although that chord comes up later in the song when your fingers are already killing from these messed up barre chords you are arpeggiating the whole time that your face contorts as much as your hand does

Well, yeah I know that. But, how do you finger the 9s? Do you bar that too, or use your middle and ring finger?

EDIT: I'm talking about the 791197 one.

Oh ****, you already knew that.

I hate this chord, its difficult to switch to
