I'm going skiing in Switserland this February with my school, which means no guitar practice, which means i will become shit. This is not good. So i wondered if anyone know of a full size guitar NECK(with a head, obviously with strings, ect), that I could buy to practice on in my free time.

Like the Shredneck but a larger scale, preferably full size.

I don't want to get the Shredneck as it is too small, picking and holding would be awkward, and i have seen a video of it on youtube and the strings sound high pitched and terrible (which is to be expected of a "guitar" of that scale).

Thanks!

How long are you going to be there for? maybe you can just rent a guitar while you are there.

Haha a bit pricey considering i'm only going to be there for a week.

Also I don't know of anywhere where i would be able to rent a guitar.

I know a week doesn't seem that long but I hate not playing guitar.

fender and a few other companies make traveller guitars with full size necks but very small bodies, may be worth looking into

Maybe just not play guitar while you're there? You don't always need to be playing it.

It might be good to NOT play it for a while.
Well......I have big balls.

Don't waste your money on something if you're only gone for a week.
Your playing will become bad from one week of not playing.

Take a break, your fingers will get some rest and when you get back they will have become more dexterous. Muscles only change with rest.

Don't bother - you'll be far too busy skiing to play the guitar.

i'm sorry but a week is a long time to me without guitar.
I'll probabl get a cheap travel guitar, thanks guys.

Think about the hot ski girls!!

I think I'd be worring more about them than guitar to be honest.

EDIT: And I'd probably spend my time wooing the girls who're going with you. Seriously, you could spend your time shagging them instead of playing guitar!!
