i just got my new spector legend, and its not grounded properly, because when ur not touching the strings or tuning pegs or bridge or anything metal on the guitar it makes a buzzing sound. how can i fix this? all the wires are soldered on correctly but it still makes that sound.

you may want to take the bridge off and check that the ground is in fact touching the underside of the bridge. if its not touching then that could be your problem

the outlet your amp is plugged into, is probably incorrectly grounded.

try another outlet/circuit

If you got it brand new and it doesn't work why don't you take it back....

Why is this even a question?

There's nothing wrong with it. It's normal for it to do that. Trust me (or don't and waste your time and money on another one that will do the exact same thing).

I don't know why you people even think something's wrong.
