There is a sirene that starts on 1.41 minutes.

Its a old film but I hope the sound is not that crappy (as on my headphones....)

How can i bring this sound to my guitar....
Using Flanger or Phaser or whatever...
And what for a tone or chord could sound like this....
Please Help...
I know a band who had done this before but on their Page no one knows how...

Comes pretty close Allthoough it sounds like a american police sirene ......

But....Unfortuaneltly i have no Whammy bar....
