Ok so I've read lately that anchoring for the most part is not good. It's better to not to anchor because it always freer movement. The problem is that it says all movement should come from the wrist, but when I don't anchor I feel like my whole forearm is moving.

Now when not anchoring should my forarm still touch the body of the guitar or should I pretty much have nothing touching.

But the main question is how do I get nothing but movement from my wrist? That is my hardest problem right now. Is there a video somebody can direct me to kinda explaining this by chance or just break it down for me?

Thanks UG
