So after more than 10 years of its ife, I dropped my stratocaster on the floor and chipped the hell out of it. The problem is, it chipped the crap out of the wood. its not deep but i was wondering if the exposed wood will split or splinter. The exposed wood is about 3 inches long and an inch across. Its an Ash body I imagine. Advice her people. Thanks.

Eh, that's nothing, just adds character, I've heard horror stories about people having their machinehead ripped off by a vocalist with their mic cable and then the guitar fell over in the case after the show and it sent a crack down the entire neck. I even had my esp fly off once when I swung it around me. . . off of my schaller strap locks. . . it'll be okay though.

Metal, should kick you in the nuts, after you catch it messing around with your girlfriend.
and then make a sandwhich in your house and walk out.

Willie Nelson's guitar has a hole worn in it.

I know he's not a real guitarist but I think you get my point
