I just got one. My Dad got it for me used, because my Ibanez starter bass pretty much crapped out. Now, I know it's no Ric, but I was wondering how good it is, exactly. Google's not getting me anything.

EDIT: I'd judge for myself, but my amp's broken. I just ordered a new one, but it isn't here yet...

washburn isn't bad. a pretty nice bass. not my favorite, but not bad at all.

I wouldn't call what we have here on the Bass Forum a mentality. It's more like the sharing part of an AA meeting.

If its what I think it is, its no better than the starter pack. Lyon (if its what I'm thinking) makes cheaper versions of a strat as well.

lyon is sold at target and similar stores, ive played one of their guitars once and it was pretty bad, but there's definately worse

wait, Lyon. read fine print. that's no good. the Ibanez is better.
