I have a:
Boss Metal Zone
Dunlop CryBaby
Boss Compression/Sustainer

which order do i put them in?
this is what i have atm

guitar>crybaby>sustainer>metalzone

you should have the wah first in the chain, that's a must 90% of the time. the other two pedals are up to you. Personally though, I'd go

guitar>crybaby>metalzone>sustainer
Pick flowers not fights.

I believe the standard pedal order would be compressor, wah, distortion, amp. Really, though, whatever sounds best to you is what's right. You have three pedals, that's only six different permutations. Experiment, and find the best tone you can.

Yeah, that's pretty much true as well, although I'm a firm believer in placing the wah at the beginning, but that's just me.

And to TS, the compressor really can go anywhere, put I always put it at the end, so it effects the overall sum of the guitar and effects, but tone is subjective. Whatever works for you.
