Someone good with computers and/or Zune software please help me with this...

Two error messages appear every time I start the zune software installed on my computer:

The first is actually covered by official Microsoft support:

The exact message stated in that link appears.

Immediately after I close that window, however, another window appears:

"The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occured in the application at location 0x7813461a."

"Click on OK to terminate program."
"Click on CANCEL to debug program."

Neither OK or CANCEL helps when I click them. I have tried reinstalling and changing the locations of the installations and nothing has helped so far. The first link's support suggestion did not solve this problem either.

Any assistance I could receive would be appreciated. I posted this on the Zune forums and so far I have been given no help.

I use Windows XP.

And I have tried reinstalling it several times, in several different locations. None of them have been any different.

Alright, I tried zuneboards.com, no replies.

I dunno what else I can do. Microsoft.com is not any help either.
