Hey all!

Just traded one of my Deans for this juicy little thing.

It's a 1992 MIM Tele with a really nice Sparkle red finish.

Sounds brilliant. One of the best playing and sounding MIM I've played. Got it off a guy who pretty muched babied the thing for a decade.

Those MiM teles are badass man. I played one the other day. It felt incredible.

I'd rather an MIA but I paid nothing for this thing so I'm not complaining.

So we had a music battle, copying what each other did and upping the ante and whatnot. After awhile of going nowhere, I said to the pianist "let's see you do this, asshole" played a single note... and bent it up a step. And left.

Nice guitar! What Dean guitar did you trade?

Brazilliaburst Dean Z.

Not a big loss, it was only a '79 series.

I like this one better anyways.

Looks sweet. I recently got a cheap Strat copy for nothing, so I know where you're coming from!

Yeah, I remember that thread.

Get rid of that buzz yet?

nice buy! love that finish.

I love the finish too. It's puuuurdy.

I personally think telecasters look 10 times better than stratocasters, and sound better.

Nice guitar, I just traded my MIM standard for an MIM 60's reissue in candy apple red with rosewood fretboard, has a smaller neck than the standard and all the vintage goodies. They say once you go tele you never go back!

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Just 6.

Right now I have a Hot Rod Deluxe that I'm running pinned. The clean channel cranked offers a really nice sounding break up.

I've had better amps but this one works with what I need to do.

Man. People underestimate the power of the Tele. Sure, they're great for blues, but they can get NASTY for metal. Just try it.
