I am debating whether spending the extra cash for The EC-1000, or saving money on the Agile and have extra money for my band.

I really think that I would have the Agile and Have money to hook up my drummer (great drummer, Sucky job.)

Or I could save money and Get a nice amp, or Speakers for my amp right now.

Your opinion?

He probably cant. Way to long cuz he doesnt have reason, or its its a hassle to replace the tubes and spend the money.
Prove me wrong.

Why would I waste my time on explaining. I started this thread for another reason. NO HIJACKIN.

Get it. Then save, if your drummer has everything he needs he can get new stuff. If its not good it still works.
EDIT We decided you should get agile and save for amp in the first few posts.

I am just not a fan of tube amps. I fried my last 2 tube amp completely with my Footpedal. I change tubes yet, I fry amps. I like cheaper nice sounding amps.

I can actually understand that more than the usual responses. But since you dont want one i wont try and change your mind. Maybe you had the speaker unplugged and just need to try another...

Ah. I see...

You can get some really quality tube amps for <$500 though, and it would be silly to swear off Fender because you've played a Squire if you know what I mean.

Uhmmm. MIM means made in Mexico.

Squier's are much worse. I just cant stand the feel of fenders on my fingers.

I Play a GAX70 Ibanez (horrible) over a MIM strat, Epiphone Les Paul, and A squier.

A+

Was thinking of my Classic 30. And those Crates are going for around $200 right now. They sound pretty dang good and I've never heard of any reliability issues.

I would like a louder amp with Foot pedal capabilities, and the Drive to play louder than a drum set, full force.

Apparently you didn't know what I meant. I was saying it's dumb to think tube amps are unreliable because you had two cheap ones from a pawn shop that broke.

It is like
swearing off Fender because Squire's are bad.

I played a thing with a huge band(Flute choir made up of about 20 people, vibraphone, bongos, a drummer, bassist, and another guitarist) with my 5 watt Valve Junior.

15 watts of tube power will get you over any drummer. 30 watts will get you over any drummer cleanly.

oh so true. 15w tube=37.5w SS (approximately in terms of volume). 30w tube=about 75w SS.

not good tube amps... why would the circuitry go kablooey with five FX on it? The Edge has about a 20 pedal chain, his amps don't go vomit on him.
