Ok so I regularly check Musicians Friend stupid deal of the day. They have some good shit on there sometimes. Expect all those damn mic's (don't sing or anything) but today's deal is a three pack Thomastik IN109 Super alloy Electric Guitar Strings Light.

It says they are for higher gain playing, I was wondering if anybody has any experience with them and if they are decent strings. I currently use Ernie Ball slinky's.
The strings are on sale for $9.95/three pack regularly are $29.95 for the three pack.

Anybody ever use these?

I tried them once when I was in the middle of nowhere and the only shop I found had either those or GHS(and I'm kind of superstitious against those). They where pretty good actually, indeed I almost considered using those instead of dean markley's but i couldn't finde them where I live. Give them a shot, they usually are far more expensive than that.
