First of, its best to spell the scale right. A good cheat for doing this is using only one letter for each note of the scale.

D, Eb,F#,G,A,Bb,C#

So we have a m2, M3, 4, 5, m6 and M7. Thats all the notes of the phrygian dominant scale (the use of both a m6 and a M3 is a dead give away), except with a raised seventh. I'd call it a phrygian dominant natural seventh.

I believe that one's known as the Gypsy or Double-Harmonic scale. Just for your information.
