I am looking for a $200-300 Guitar that I can Practice with my band, and thrash around on.

Any Humbucker guitar with some amount of tone.

Basically you're asking for a guitar that has a humbucker and works...?

'Tone' is irrelevant when you're playing through that gear, no offense.

Agile of some description?

Make one.

Buy a body from KNE guitars, get a neck and the rest from ebay. Sorted. Cheap too.

Have you even taken a look at it? Of course it can.

Funds got tied up a bit, but A buddy gave me his old busted Epiphone Special II for $40. I'm going to put a new pickup on it and A bigsby.

Would I need the original Bridge from the Epi to use this bigsby, or is it a bridge and tailpiece already?

I believe the Bigsby fits onto the Epi's screws for the tailpiece, but why get a Bigsby? You'll only be able to do subtle vibrato with it (you said you're playing metal) when you could just use that extra money to get even better pickups (DiMarzio Super Distortion, perhaps)

Also, that's a killer deal for a Special II. Your friend is awesome.

You know what.

I'm probably going to Buy an Agile Albino Natural 2500 or a Ec-1000 Esp Ltd.

Why don't you just use your normal guitar, isn't it better to pratice with what you are using?
