I have some random guitar i bought on ebay that has EMG-HZ's, and i want to switch them out into my Ibanez. The ibanez has HSH pickup configuration.

How difficult is this to do, will they fit, and how do i do it?

My ibanez doesnt have a plate on the back that has the pot wiring or anything, so im not sure how to do it, ill try to post pics.

How do i even remove the EMG's from the other guitar?

Here is the wiring diagram

EMG HZs are not like the active EMGs so dont expect it to sound like them. they're not so bad at all, probably a step up from ibanez stock pickups. no plate at the back? it must be wired on the pickguard. wiring it woudn't be hard. just search for schematic diagrams and have a little knowledge about soldering.

Im not buying new pickups, just transferring them into another guitar to replace stock ibanez.

Is there a definite yes that they will fit, or is there a possibility that they wont?

of course they would fit.
