I am dumb and i lost the output jack on my squier strat, if i were to replace it the only thing i would need is the output jack right, and if so how would i put it on my strat

Remove old jack.
Solder connections to new jack.
Tighten nut that holds jack. DONE.

there are usually 2 wires: one red and one black. The black one goes to the part of the jack that touches the sleeve of the cable. The red one goes to the part that touches the tip. It's not always red, but the other one is almost always black.
