My rack tuner instructions say to plug guitar into tuner, then out to preamp. Could I plug the guitar in the preamp, then have one out to the power amp and one out to the tuner (stereo outputs)? So instead of having guitar-tuner-preamp, I would have guitar-preamp-tuner. Doable?

The tuner might not be designed to take the output from a preamp.
I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not

Why do you want to do it the other way? Seems to me it would work better if you had the guitar go to the tuner first.

Don't want to dilute the signal, and don't want to leave the tuner on all the time.

It would dilute it either way. If it's a rack tuner I would think it would be pretty high quality and not cause any tone loss.

just letting you know, that tuner will probly get killed, and it will mess up your tone.

How about if I run guitar through preamp, then preamp speaker emulator to tuner, and nothing out of tuner (preamp out straight to poweramp as normal)

And no it's not good quality (Behringer)
