i am still piss i have a rare 1956 gibson acoustic in great condition , my great grandfather gave it to me but, i was packing it to get ready to evacuate for hurricane Ike an i was carrying it down some stairs an with just two steps to go without seeing this small trash bag (filled with clothes i guess) busted my ass an landed right on my gibson which it was in the orginal soft shell case that it orginaly came in (which didnt help it much) and i could hear it shatter instantly when i opened the case wich caved in from the impact the front of the guitar was touching the back and the neck snaped in two i am pretty sure it is way beyond repair

Pooping is well good though, to be fair.

Obviously the original case that it originally came in is not the one you should have originally carried it in.

Its probably not beyond repair from a playability stand point, but if you were siting on an investment your pretty much boned.

/reread, whoops, thats gonna be a nasty hard fix :P
#12
its not even repairable to a playability standpoind all the sides of the guitar are crushed to pieces and little pieces at that
also i noticed the front have is in two pieces ,wierd though its cracked right down the middle of the sound hole

Hurricane Ike is far more superior to Hurricane Tina.

Well maybe you should protect your precious things next time. Had it been in a good hardshell case, that probably wouldn't have happened. Why the hell would you carry around a guitar from 1956 in a soft case?
