I don't really listen to Metallica though.

Shine on you Crazy Diamond (both parts) - Pink Floyd

No Remorse - Metallica

Only 2 I can think of at the moment that are worth mentioning.

there are maybe 12 notes before the first solo in the stooges' search and destory.

Its not about the Radio its about talent, the front man has a bigger vocal range than Micheal Jackson and he can sing from heavey metal to high pitched ...No.12 on the top 20 under rated guitarists of ALL TIME...etc

Wait, REALLY?

Eternal Rest is one of the sloppiest professional solos i've ever heard, it's ****ing disgusting.

Just did. Speaking as a non-A7X fan, that's arguably one of their better solos, i.e. it's passable. Most of the time their phrasing either sucks or is non-existent in solos, not to mention they're sloppy. Here they're just sloppy, the phrasing's ok.
Dream Theater's "This Dying Soul" comes to mind, though there are probably better examples by them that I can't think of atm.
Memories Can't Wait - Living Colour
Fade To Black - Metallica
All the Pink Floyd songs listed above, same for the Muse songs.
That's all that comes to mind at the moment.
