My friend finally got himself a drum set. He's been playing for two weeks, and he's pretty decent at holding a simple beat. He doesn't know many songs yet though, because some are two fast.

Does anyone have any suggestions for:

1) Building Speed

2) Easy songs for a beginner to learn.

He's into blink-182, Angels and Airwaves, Puddle of Mudd, Green Day, Nickelback....etc.
if that helps.

Thanks.

Beneath the Massacre will suit all of your beginner needs, tell him to learn Comforting Prejudice.

Yeah, I have fond memories as a child of fapping to a porno with my close friends before sitting down for a nice relaxing evening of Runescape.
