Looking forward to it. PRS looks great by standard and the custom's are even better.

How much did it cost you?

It's an SE so I'm instantly less impressed but still; cool, PRS all look good.

600$, but it's set up AMAZING. It's the nicest/smoothest SE I've ever played.

I don't know. I got my se custom semi-hollow, but I find I reach for my $60 plywood ibanez more often. The neck has phenominal action, but I just don't "feel" the guitar anymore. Any suggestions as to livin up my relationship with my PRS?

plywood?

god that must sound horrible

although the danelectros made from it are pretty decent, but 60 dollars for a plywood guitar? sounds bad

Its not about the Radio its about talent, the front man has a bigger vocal range than Micheal Jackson and he can sing from heavey metal to high pitched ...No.12 on the top 20 under rated guitarists of ALL TIME...etc

It actually has a very well rounded, shimmery sound. Kind of like a good semi acoustic. The neck is phenominal too. I just got a dimarzio air zone for it for the bridge, I am going to make it into a single humbucking EVH frankenstein guitar. It is surprisingly awesome.

But the best part? The tremolo has only one spring, so I am using a bottle cork for a tremstop.

If the SE is your "dream guitar", what about real PRS's? Euphoric guitar? Epiphany guitar?
#18
They're alright. But I said dream guitar because I'm fine with my PRS I have now, and will be for a long time. =]

It's a semi hollow, so it's a fixed bridge, but I think a bigsby would be sick.

I got the fixed bridge version. It's pretty damn good. Even for a floor model the neck is buttery smoothe, the pickups are hot as hell, and the overall sound and resonation of the guitar sounds just AMAZING. And there's a picture of my exact model/color in my profile, I just don't have a camera at the moment to take pictures

Nice one but IMO the hollow-body one is better, it's all about preference after all
