There is only a few decent clips on youtube, and dont show a whole lot of the amp. Has anyone tried, or have one of these? If so, does it really get that good soldano crunch out of it? I want an SLO-100 esque overdrive, without empyting my college fund.

if your considering spending that kind of cash, you shouldnt be looking on youtube, you should be going out and playing the amp in person.

If you want a SLO tone without the price of one... Buy an Avenger or Hot Rod

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

I know, the only place that has one is on consignment, and Im not sure if they still have it. Ill go look, i get my license in a few days.

I dont want a quickrod, although I did. Too much money, too much wattage. Same for the avenger/hot rod
