they don't call them laptops anymore, apparently they're notebooks now as they're too hot to put on your lap

otherwise, canned air/compressor at any dust in any of the ventilation openings

Make sure you don't have the vents blocked.
Air dust the vents.
Keep the laptop on a hard flat surface.
Get a notebook cooler, they're cheap like $15-40.
You could also undervolt your CPU. If you do it right it will reduce temps and provide less drain on your battery.
