Chemistry has never been my thing, and I need help with electron configurations:

These are in Noble Gas Format by the way.

Cr: [Ar] 4s2 3d4

Apparently that is not correct, why?

Half filled subshells are relatively stable, so instead of Chromium having [Ar] 4s2, 3d4 it will have [Ar] 4s1, 3d5.

AND SO I WATCH YOU FROM AFAR
