it your thinking of just adding the arm then it wouldnt be a good idea, mainly because you have a fixxed bridge which isnt ment to move so if you add the arm on its own u will end up breaking the guitar... if im wroung plz correct me
My Gear:
Schecter 30th Anniversary PT
Schecter V-7 Hellraiser
Schecter Demon 7 FR
Vintage VRS100
Randall RG75 G3 Plus
There will need to be some routing done and that's not cheap.
if that's your guitar, then you can't install an arm, you have to install the entire floyd rose/wilkinson/whatever, not just an arm. that would require drilling/routing/taking big chunks of wood out of your guitar. and it will affect tone.
Main Gear List:
Jackson RR7
Agile AL-3100 Double Bound
1977 Fender Jazz Bass
Blackstar HT-5
peavey bass amp
EHX Metal Muff
Ibanez Weeping Demon Wah
Danelectro 7-band EQ
Simple Awnser.

Yes, but not in good reason.

Yes, if you want to do that it would cost more than it would to just buy a Jackson RR that is set up with a tremelo.
