The Fall of Troy
Protest the Hero

Hmm..

(Well, I guess they're both "questionably prog" but oh well, you might like 'em.)

who's 3?

maybe check out Vanden Plas, Eldritch, Fates Warning, Queensryche, Green Carnation. Into Eternity, King Crimson, Symphony X, Spiral Architect, Watchtower, Blotted Science, Spastic Ink...
getting more into death metal... Death, Quo Vadis, Augury, Atheretic, Atheist, Cynic, Cephalic Carnage, Unexpect, Extol.... that's probably enough for now

I mean, some people still think that Rap is music, although that's been scientifically discredited.

That and they put on a good live preformance... The lead singer acoustic guy broke a string and then broke the rest towards the end of their set... I was attucally expecting them to be the worst band on Progressive Nation... But sadly Dream Theater seemed to be the weakest band live not enough energy in their set...

Master's Apprentices and Blackwater Park

Not the Opeth song and record, but the bands.

Cynic
Quote by ChemicalFire
The point of underground bands is their not popular or famous most of the time. Thus there is a good chance they suck.

Along with Cynic, also obtain both albums by Gordian Knot.
Lost interest.
