Long story short I found a broken Parker Fly on craigslist for $500. It has a chunk of wood broken out behind the bridge due to a broken tremolo spring.

The ad and pictures can be found here: http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/msg/842002224.html

I love parker fly's, but they've always been ridiculously out of my price range. The question is do ya'll think that fixing this is as simple as the guy says and can be fixed with a simple bit of wood glue, some filler, and a new spring? I'm worried that the structural integrity of the guitar may be compromised, and that it would break again soon.

Input and Wisdom?
I like how the seller says Vintage when its from the late 90's.
