Another real simple one. For ya'll who're more familiar with head/cabinet's then I am.

I've got a 150w head, and am currently in a 140w straight cab. The cabinet is 8ohm's, the head only puts out 100w @ 8ohm's, so basically everything works for now. I just so happened upon an exact replica (only in the Angled form) of cabinet I'm playing on now. So if I ran the two in stereo (attaining my much loved 150w @ 4ohm's) would I worry about the cabinets max wattage of 140w? Or since I have two cabinets (so each is technically receiving 75w?) it's not an issue.

Many thanks.

It's all SS (don't take that as a flame), so speaker/dummy loads don't really matter. The head is outputting the same amount of wattage, and if the cabs are split, so is the load.
I'm putting my GAS on hold
for a couple months in order to pimp my ride.

Don't judge me.

Figured that was the case. I doubt I'm going to actually buy it. My curiosity just had the best of me. I wish I could find a good 150w+ @ 4ohm cab.
