Hey guys I'm moding my guitar, but that has nothing to do with it. I ned to take my guitar apart and I've never done it before.

Is there anything I should look out for or pay close attention to?
Anything I shouldn't do?

Thanks!

Oh BTW, I'm also putting it back together if that wasn't obvious enough.

what kind of guitar?

Uhh it's a Hamer Slammer Sp-1... not very high quality guitar.
It was about 250 I think. And it's a double-cut, which doesn't really matter.
Bolt-on neck with 4 screws, and nothing special really. My first guitar.

Bahaha I know this, I'm not a n00b. I'm pretty much painting it, but I'm putting a tape pattern on there with some vinyl sign tape.(do not say anything about the mod please).

Don't Force anything, expect to check the truss-rod and such upon putting it back together, and put everything small in plastic bags depending on the part. You don't want to lose anything and you don't want to get your screws mixed or anything. Avoid doing anything that could potentially harm the part. Keep your screws and such straight when going in and coming out. Make sure you know which neck screws go with which holes as I've seen that from some companies one can be longer or such. Pretty much all common sense stuff.
