Hey I have an issue where when I bend the higher strings (G, B, high e) the strings below it ring out open, how can I mute the strings to stop this from happening? Oh and this is only if I bend upwards, which I'm supposed to bend those strings up.

the more you practise the cleaner it will become. Take it slow and make sure you are only making contact with the string you want to bend. The cleanliness of your sound will get better with more time and practise

Right hand muting. Use the fleshy part on the pinky side of your palm to mute the lower strings that you aren't playing.
