Yes it can be done probably. There are no pros. Whatsoever.

Cons are you wont get any sound above a whisper. Electrics work by using metal strings and magnetic coils and oddly enough nylon wont do anything since it's not magnetic.

Well yes it CAN be done, but you NEED a piezo system to make it usable.
