i was looking for an amp that i could play metal/hardcore/metalcore/deathcore/jazz/blues/and basically just a very versatile amp can anyone help me out with suggestions

Bugera can't do blues well. (I mean it can, but not well).

So, I say Flextone II.

You don't need a half stack. Any tube combo over 30w is gig worthy.

This is true... but at the same time, if he wants a half stack, and he has the money for it, it doesn't matter if he needs it or not. It's his choice. I know i DEFINATELY don't need a half stack, but if i could get one, i'd grat that baby in a heart beat.

With all this said, look at combos, too, though. And also, just go try some amps out.

It's too modern sounding and tight. The prototypical blues sound has a lot of powertube overdrive in it. It's typically very difficult to do traditional blues tones on a modern high gain amp. They are antithetical in a way.
