well i need a temporary rig so i was wondering if i could set up like this:

Bass--->15 watt amp--->mixer---->100 watt monitor speaker

this is only temporary but your feedback would be appreciated

It'll still only be as loud as the 15 watt amp, the speaker can handle a 100 watt load, but you'll only be sending a 15 watt load.

Does the amp have a DI or a line out?
If it doesn't have a bulit in DI, you'd need to buy one (I do believe)

Also, is it a powered mixer capable of amplifying?

Yeah a mic works, we did it in our practice yesterday.
You're gonna need a powered mixer or a power amp with the mixer either way though, else not much is going to happen.
