Hey guys my band has considered doing Viva la Vida by Coldplay
Our band consists of 3Guitars (Singer plays too), a bass, and drums, and we might be able to get a friend of ours to occasionaly do keyboards.
But because Viva La Vida has all that Synth in it, Im questioning whether this will sound good or not
What do you guys think?

Ps Do you think the back ups in the song are really needed?

Thanks guys!!

i play it acoustic on a regular basis at gigs, just me and a guitar... besides, it's best to make the song your own... if there's a synth part, make it into a swooping effect laced guitar part.

search UG for the tab/chords... and work your way up from there.

add some delay, reverb, and modulation to one of the guitars and have them play the synth line. bingo, that'll sound better probably.
