So Pit, what's the first song you learned when you first picked up your guitar and plugged it in your soul. This song is in someway was one of the reasons you picked up guitar since you were influenced to learn it.

My first song ever was: "I want to F+ck a dog in the ass" by Blink 182. What an awesome moment it was trying to coordinate my pick and my fingers as the tip of my fingers were in pain and destroyed because of the hours I used to be able to play that song.

Have You Ever Seen The Rain? - CCR

Not my favorite song or band, but my guitar teacher was an old dude. I like the song now though. As we get older we learn to appreciate the musicians who have come before us. Or at least we should.
First anything - opening riffs of AC/DC's "Hell's Bells."

First complete song - Aerosmith's "Dream On."
Jerk Off - Tool

Epi Les Paul Std w/Duncans
Cry Baby From Hell
Marshall JH-1
EHX Metal Muff
MXR EVH Phase 90
Carl Martin Classic Chorus
EHX #1 Echo
Ibanez LU-20
Dunlop DCB-10
Crate V50112
Tascam US144

like pretty much 99% of the guitar playing population i have to say mine was smells like teen spirit.....then it was 4 words to choke upon by bullet
Hmmm i wish I could say Clapton, BB King, something classy...but Im sure it was a Taking Back Sunday song way back in the day. Aww man, now im stuck in memory lane
Your Signature:
The first full song was Seek & Destroy excluding the solo, and I struggled with the fast riff. I used to mess around with other riffs and stuff though before this.
Reckless Abandon - Blink 182
"Spin the middle side topwise. Topwise!"

"And there's Jimmy Page, the biggest thief of American Blues music"
Bass: Holiday by Green Day
Guitar: Plug-in Baby by Muse (although I knew a couple of powerchord based riffs beforehand)
I play by my own rules. And I have one rule; There are no rules... but if there are, they're there to be broken. Even this one.

Confused? Good.

Is that a ukulele in your pants, or did you just rip ass to the tune of "Aloha Oi"?

I met Sonic Youth on June 30th, and Mars Volta on Oct 20th.

That was the easiest song at the time and I didn't even need tabs.

Im a little unsure on what mine was.

Cause i tried learning the sweet child of mine intro. Of which i could do, just not upto speed.

But a full song would of been my friends band, the rhythm guitar'ist sent me the tabs cause i was interested. So i learnt that as my first song. goto the song beneath our feet.
i learnt the rhythm bit, since i am that style of guitar'ist :P

But pretty much now, alot of the songs i know are hawthorne heights and three days grace stuff.

My first influence to pick up a guitar was Dead Moon, but they dont get tabs, and i couldnt match his sound. But when i started playing, my first riff was the "sweet Dreams" MM version. (not a favorite of mine or anything, i just loved the guitar sound), then it was "God of Thunder" (the only KISS song i really like)
first riff was whiskey in the jar

first song was polly i think

i cant actually remember either of them now though
